ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
All tours start and end in the Jackie Robinson Rotunda and are conducted rain or shine.
During tour dates some other hospitality events at Citi Field may have limited or no access.
Stadium Tours last approximately one hour.
Children 32 inches or under do not require a ticket when accompanied by an adult.
All sales are final upon completion of transaction, except as expressly provided on the ticket.
Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
This is a walking tour, so please dress accordingly.
All tours are wheelchair and stroller accessible. Wheelchairs are available upon request.
Cameras are permitted.
Tours will be held in English only.

RULES & REGULATIONS

All Stadium Tour Bookings must be booked in advance to insure dates and availability.
All Stadium Tours are based on a strict time schedule and can not be compromised.
Pick up time and departure are the only times not subject to change.
Itinerary is an approximate time schedule and is not guaranteed.
In order to ensure that tours are taken, tour times must be met.
All customers interested in tours must allow enough time to ensure arrival at the Stadium. Sedan/Limousine/Bus hours will be met as agreed upon in reservations terms.
Metro Limousine Service/Citi Field Stadium Tours is not responsible for any changes due to scheduling changes and or clients tardiness.
To complete itinerary as listed please be sure you schedule accordingly.
